Aparajita has adopted Self Help Group (SHG) model for community development. Aparajita engaged in formation of women SHG of 10-20 member to bring woman members on a common and easily accessible platform to get exposure of external world and to explore their true potential, which will help them to contribute in the family and community on all development verticals.

Aparajita has treated women SHG as first step to enter into community to gain their confidence required to initiate community development activities including education, health, environment, livelihood etc. Aparajita, provided all required skill development services to the women members to demonstrate the change in the society with also help to get positive involvement of male members in all future activities.
